Refund & Return Policy
Effective date: January 13, 2026
1. Overview
We accept returns for eligible items only when the item is physically returned and approved after inspection. No refunds are issued without a return.
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of the carrier marking the order as Delivered to request a return authorization. Return requests submitted after this window may be denied.
3. Return Authorization (Required)
To start a return, email support@empireclubcs.com with:
- Order number
- Full name and shipping address
- Reason for return
- Photos/video if the item is damaged or defective
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- With original packaging, accessories, and included components
- Properly packaged to prevent damage in transit
5. No Cancellations After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped and/or once a tracking number is issued. If you no longer want the item after shipment, you must follow the return process above (return required).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
7. Inspection and Refund Processing
All returns are inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for inspection and refund processing (bank posting times may vary).
8. Refused / Undeliverable / Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, any refund (if applicable) will be issued only after the item is returned and inspected, and may be reduced by outbound shipping and handling costs where permitted.

If you want an exchange, contact us at support@empireclubcs.com. Exchanges may require a return first, subject to availability.
