Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may be extended during high-demand periods or for verification purposes (fraud prevention).
3. Shipping Time (Estimated)
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs/inspection where applicable. These are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Tracking
We provide tracking for shipped orders. Once tracking is issued, the order is considered shipped and in transit. Orders cannot be canceled after tracking is issued.
5. Delivery Confirmation = Completion
Delivery is considered completed when the carrier confirms the package as Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout (including GPS/photo/signature confirmation where available).
6. Incorrect / Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for loss due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Contact the carrier and request a delivery investigation
- Email us at support@empireclubcs.com so we can assist with available documentation
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
8. Duties / Taxes
Depending on routing and local rules, duties/taxes may apply. Any such charges assessed by authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
