2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Refund & Return Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
3. Products and International Fulfillment
We sell consumer goods (including timepieces and accessories). Orders may be fulfilled and shipped via international fulfillment partners and carriers. As a result, delivery times are estimates and may vary.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order prior to shipment for any lawful reason, including fraud prevention, inventory constraints, address verification, or payment verification.
5. No Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order is shipped and/or a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Any request after shipment must follow our Refund & Return Policy (return required).
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown at checkout. Depending on your location and shipment route, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by local authorities. Such charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Delivery, Proof of Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier marks the shipment as Delivered to the address provided at checkout (including delivery confirmation, GPS confirmation, photo confirmation, or signature where available).
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier and tracking is issued.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a shipment is delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for loss due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.
9. Returns and Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. We do not provide refunds without a physical return.
10. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving issues directly. If you have any problem with an order, please contact support@empireclubcs.com first.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution and can be considered a breach of these Terms when the transaction is valid and delivered.
11. Fraud Prevention
We use anti-fraud screening. We may request additional verification (e.g., address confirmation) prior to shipment. Orders that fail verification may be canceled and refunded prior to shipment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, or events beyond our reasonable control.
